Welcome to The Pine, a coworking and retreat experience in Bulgaria. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, facilities, and website. By accessing or using The Pine’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. About The Pine and Balkanity
The Pine provides coworking and retreat experiences in a natural setting. All transactions, including bookings and payments, are managed by Balkanity, our licensed partner. Balkanity is responsible for processing payments, issuing invoices, and handling financial transactions related to your stay.
2. Booking and Payment
- All reservations must be made through Balkanity’s official channels.
- 50% of the total amount is required at contract stage.
- The other 50% of the total amount needs to be paid 30 days before the event.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
- Cancellations and modifications are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 4).
3. Use of Facilities
- Guests must respect The Pine’s property, staff, and other guests at all times.
- Any damage to property caused by a guest may result in additional charges.
- The Pine reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these Terms.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event takes place will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event takes place will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not receive a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
- The Pine and Balkanity are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
- Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
- The Pine is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy Policy
- Your personal data is collected only for the purpose of managing reservations and improving our services.
- We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.
